Frozen Mallet is a good choise, yes. But I only would get it against true dmg. It would replace the MR-Item which is Maw of Malmortius/Mercurial Scimitar. Especially because the AD of Mallet is now 30.But, because
Black Cleaver now also offers HP, I don't think it is that often needed.
After even more testing I found out, that my damage is acutally high enough to instant kill people I want even without Infinity Edge! So I could replace Infinity Edge with Frozen Mallet, this would offer a already very tanky build with still DAT DAMAGE. Or, I could get Last Whisper+ Black Cleaver to shredd tanks into nothing.

However I still think Frozen Mallet is a nice choice. And QSS is not really needed when your Spin reduces CC :)
Overall an OK build. 7/10
