New Dominion Items

Faster attackers get more use out of the passive, especially while the active is on CD. Also, I'm pretty sure that 70 AD makes it the second highest non-stacking damage item, after IE.[/quote]

[/quote] Hextech Sweeper is an extremely good item even for use against teams with no stealthers. It activates on ANY spell damage (whether magical or physical), and the vision prevents them from using bushes to deny line of sight. It also provides a moderate amount of HP and AP, and even gives you some CDR, and it only costs around 1500 gold. It's an extremely good item for the cost. The Lightbringer is a little less so, but I still highly recommend at least one person on your team has a Lightbringer or Sweeper, even if the enemy team has no stealthers - being able to deny the use of bushes to enemy players is huge. I still prefer Shurelia's Reverie to Priscilla's Blessing. Priscilla's Blessing is basically 1600g for 15% faster captures, since the health regen is virtually worthless in Dominion. Shurelia's costs 600g more and doesn't provide you with increased capture speed, but instead it provides both HP and MP regen (again, not terribly useful in Dom, but better than PB), a better move speed buff (stronger, lasts longer, and affects nearby teammates), it provides HP, and it provides CDR. I just don't feel the 15% faster capture speed is worth spending 1600g on, even as Rammus or Blitzcrank. Shurelia's is just too good for the cost to pass up. Entropy versus Frozen Mallet is a different issue. Mallet is still better if you're aiming for an atmallet or atmog's build, Entropy is better otherwise. If you would have gotten Trinity Force in classic, you will still get Trinity Force in Dominion (having tried mallet, entropy, and TF on Blitz, I still consider TF to be the best buy for him. This also applies to Maokai and other "TF tank" heroes.) As others have said, just look at Entropy as a personal, portable Lizard buff.[/quote]
