I still manage to play
Olaf quite well in top lane to some degree, but he was hurt really hard. It's almost annoying how they nerfed
Olaf so hard ebcause Voyboy was so good with him >.>
Where are the
Jayce nerfs because of Shy? Or the
Rumble nerfs because of PDD?
Just because someone is really good at a high skillcap doesn't make them eligible for a nerfin'.
I don't actually think the decay on his q is that horrid.. It just raises his skillcap, which is how
Olaf should be anyways. Plus.. The Furor upgrade on boots helps him stick to people now anyways.
I love
Olaf by design, but now he feels as if he is missing something.. It is hard to pinpoint what he really needs to help him out but it is something subtle that he requires before he becomes the juggernaut front line anti-adc that he once was.

Lets max our e second on
Darius so we lose the low cooldown auto attack reset that applies more bllod stacks when our main damage source is magic and true damage rather than ad because we sould be building tank.

It's already fairly low damage since you're generally maxing it second top lane, and even in the jungle. By the time you max it top lane, it's doing about 100 damage, after resists.
If they gave him back some of the armor pen on his ult, for free, it would also put him in a better spot. Maybe half passively, and the other half when active. Also removing the passive armor pen when it's on cooldown. As a slightly different direction, he gets all the armor pen for free again, but he loses it when it's on cooldown.
Still gives him that power spike you expect when
