Put a ward in your bush on the side that's the edge of map. Your solo top maybe takes Teleport, like Nasus or Singed. He teleports there while they overextend. Unknow gank.

I prefer to take tele and have my lane push, base, walk into bot bush, kill bot lane, and tele top lol.

The problem of Graves is that is Skill set is good to counter carrys so a Support+Carry bot will will have a hard time. Thats what they made him for ^^
But they should make him not scale that much to give them at least a chance
