Yes I know...he feels like an AP Yorick, but he is more dependet on this skeletons than yorick on his ghouls
to the ult, i prepared a second ult which could be a little bit unbalanced but here it is :)

If activated Serkus Q and E reset and he transforms into the skeleton king for 5/6/7 seconds.
While he is in this form the duration of all summoned skeletons is increased by 3/4/5 seconds.
Also increase the attackspeed by 30%/40%/50% and the movespeed of the skeltons by 10%/20%/30%.
Serkus heals himself for 40% (10% AP) of the dealed damage.

That's far more interesting, and not that bad as far as I can see (although I haven't really thought of it for much). I'd remove the slow on his E, and just make it tankier. His ult should reset his W as well. It's actually fairly weak. Make it last longer OR reduce it's cooldwon. What is the damage dealt in his ult referring to? Damage his skeletons deal? Damage he deals? All damage?
I dont know, removing the slow on his E would mean that your opponent could outplay the skeletons very easy = 0 dmg.
Reset the W too? Hm yes, i thought about it, but i think it would be too op :/ 2 stuns and each for 2 seconds could be very hard. I'm going to change the cd to 70/60/50
