@berzerk, pretty sure 9/13/8 is a better mastery setup for singed
(or 1/21/8)

Like someone said, he has a pretty unique style and you gotta have the feel for it. He can also be a hit or miss kind of champ if you don't focus on your early game hard enough, but he is so much fun once he gets rolling and trolling. He is very disruptive and this is what you want to be in teamfight, just run around and break up their team as they try to take down your teammates and avoid your poison in the same time.

That guide...
I somehow get that he wants that SoS in masteries, (even while I think the only thing that keeps you from 9/21/0 is Swiftness which is halfy covered by Initiator) but going for Thornmail/Warmog's and sometimes leaving out F.Heart completely and not setting a point in W early?
If he got no mana for W in tough situations (even with utility skills) he should check if he forgot his Sapphire for Cata or Glacier....
Everything else seems fine, but what I mentioned above = not really.

Inverted's guide might be confusing for someone who just started playing singed.
Latle i'm going 9/13/8, taking MPen in offense, mana+ms in utility, and
Veteran's Scars
+ indominable in defense.
