Let me get something straight guys . Ty for your time and all BUT this post is towards players who play above 1600-1700 rating. The balance on a games comes from the top , and from that ballance bottom can taste its fruits. Bottom cannot grasp whats imba and whats not . Anyway . I was critising the whole way the game has turned out to be the last 6 months. If we start talkling about one champion or an other , we will never end. Talon has enough burst to kill any champion with no armor at lvl 9 , without even being fed. Still if you look at champion pick of high rating , nobody picks him . The game has turned to be the battle of beasts thats all.

It seems strange that you are essentially here to complain about bursty DPS when health-stacking tanky DPS players are slowly taking over the game. Using atmogs or fatmas on every character it is remotely applicable to worries me more than a few characters not being balanced perfectly on release.
Also, Anivia creating a wall and splitting the enemy team in half during a teamfight so you can pick them off a few at a time is so much more powerful than an Annie stunning someone (unless your entire team stacks on top of each other and she stuns ALL of you. In which case, I am very sorry).

~I actually think riot does a marginally ok job of balancing champoins, the thing that gets me is how much they are muddying the distinct roles and giving champs a bit too much utility as time goes on.
~Of course some items are going to be stronger than others. No matter what you do some item combinations will just be stronger than others. Range AD champions are the biggest example of that imo, I think other roles have more freedom.
~I don't see the problem with the summoner spells. Flash is always used because it is versatile, it's cooldown is high enough and range short enough to where if you don't play smart it won't do you tons of good. Smite is just fine, yeah it's strong and makes stealing kind of silly but it's at the expense of a better summoner spell and the opposing team can carry one too. Its a fair spell.
~I agree with the wards and I agree with the idea that shacos ability to flash, stealth, and get a free crit all from one ability is pretty ********.

Being an idiot and being disrespectful are 2 different things. Searz may not always be respectful of what you're saying, but then again you probably don't always know what you're talking about. I know I don't.

Sadly no. Riot seriously SUCK at balancing. They want money of course, like everyone else. Yet, they want money so bad they don't make the right changes because they,re afraid to lose popularity, AKA money, wich is understandable.

Anivia has THE hardest skillshot of the game, that stun for 1 sec. While Annie has even more burst than Anivia with a better stun (1.75sec) that happen to be a click-to-target stun. If you think every champion is viable, I don't think we're playing the same game.

TL;DR: No matter what Riot does,
IMO, Riot need to sit down for a sec, stop making a ****ing champion every 3 days and ****ing balance the 90 or so champions in the game. Make it more balanced.
When I look at Riot, all I can see is Blizzard. Blizzard released Vanilla WoW and made lots of many. Yet, Blizzard wanted money. More money, ignoring the community and doing some pretty ******ed stuff to gain more money. Result? They made money true. They made a **** load of money. But at what cost? WoW. That was the cost. Blizzard destroyed that game just to get a bit more money.
Sadly, I feel like Riot is doing the exact same thing right now. They want money and don't give a **** about the community and the game, just like Blizzard did. Slowly, Riot is destroying LoL. Bit by bit. Exacly like Blizzard did.
Annie`s range is utter ****. Anivia on the other hand can be farther out of a fight and still do damage with her Q and leaving her ult on. Also there is the discussion about skill cap. Landing all of your skills correctly on Anivia results in a 1.0 AP Ratio on Q, 1.0 AP Ratio on E, and a 0.5 AP Ratio on an AoE ultimate that slows and can stay there an entire fight, given the right mana amounts.
Ashe is a support/utility AD carry. Graves is a damage based/utility AD carry ( With his blind and escape ). You can`t compare the two. Ashe is just too weak, but the slows are just too strong to be compared to anything else. Being perma-kited by 60% slow in a teamfight is deadly, along with one of the best initiations in the game.
Oh and flash... Whats the CD on it, 3-5minutes or so? Late game, if teamfights are being forced, you can flash once every two teamfights. Characters with built in blinks sacrifice one skill as their positioning skill, and using it incorrectly can result in death. Forcing flashes means that one person is out of a teamfight for a few seconds.
