pretty useless skill. adds damage unlike Exhaust which provides a debuff/ disable, it might be useful for some things like katarina ult or ryze but get so easily denied by disables.

What about eve? I'm pretty noob eve but I like her in dom alot...I tried it earlier with ignite instead of ignite + flash. I got shutdown hard that game even tho i usually do well...but it seemed like it should have been solid. She benefits from both...and ravage is 1:1
