Surge

[[Fizz]] might, but I think other spells would be a lot more useful. You'd have to try it to be sure. AD [[Nidalee]] does not scale well with AP. AP [[Nidalee]] does not scale well with AS. I wouldn't ever use [[Surge]] on her. In my opinion, [[Surge]] is a waste of a summoner spell slot on all but the most specialized champions, including possibly [[Teemo]], [[Kayle]] and/or [[Jax]]. There aren't very many champions who benefit greatly from AS and AP.[/quote]
