Secondly, I don't find the CDR boots to be that useful imho. Her cd's are already low as hell, so the CDR won't make that much of a difference. The extra speed BoS gives allows her to remain at a constant speed whether she is escaping/chasing. It allows her to be a more optimal chaser/escaper imo.

Black Cleaver and Trinity Force seem like CORE items. Probably Banshee's Veil too, but other defensive items work too.Boots are probably best as Merc or Zerk. Swiftness is meh, especially since you're fast as hell with your passive and Q already (and E for escapes). CDR doesn't seem all that good either.

This here, is my usual masteries for Vayne. It works very well and it's yet to fail me. I am considering putting the 9 in Utility into Defensive, but that is left to personal preference imho.

vaynes power is all in her ****ing w, theres no ****ing way to defend against that except by reducing your health.
**** i saw a vayne who build wits end and zerkers greaves followed by pure tank items and she completely raped everyones **** because all her damage was from w, she even ****ing took down a tank alistar in the middle of his ult.
if you do get the chance to get close to her (which if you're up against a decent vayne that will likely never happen.) you will never get anything done with how much tank she was.
tl;dr vayne is extremely op when built as a tanky dps.
