Blue buff let me get Condemn off a few times in order to pin people to walls and knock em away as I was running. For build I had: Doran's Blade, Lucidity, Cloak and Dagger, Triforce, Bloodthirster, and Bloodrazer. Btw, early game CnD is godlike with her. It makes Silver Bolts proc so much more often and the crit chance is great when you land it with Tumble.[/quote]
