Also, I am thinking for early game, the tenacity item that gives crit and AS may be REALLY GOOD, since CC can shut her down, and she needs some crit and AS.

Phreaks build is more or less fine, its gunna be, core: boots/tri force/X AD item/Banshee
and lets clear something up (potatis) gunblade works on almost everyone and just saying gunblade works on XX champs, no1 can argue the point yes that item is hella strong

CDR isn't essential really, but it saved my *** a couple times in this game I just had. Blue buff let me get Condemn off a few times in order to pin people to walls and knock em away as I was running.
For build I had: Doran's Blade, Lucidity, Cloak and Dagger, Triforce, Bloodthirster, and Bloodrazer.
Btw, early game CnD is godlike with her. It makes Silver Bolts proc so much more often and the crit chance is great when you land it with Tumble.

I can see an early Brutalizer being useful but now I'm actually thinking that she may not need CDR all that much and that we can just build her like Ezreal.
