I don't really care. I just use another non-targeted spell and see if I gain mana.
BTW, RIOT says this is on their to-do list for the future.

I can't wait for them to add the counter... lol it is SO needed so you know when to stop spamming at base while you are healing without having to watch your mana bar. This way, you can focus on other matters... XD

well, considering percent is out of 100 and you have 4000, it would be 120.
