Probably bad, sivir depends a lot on being able to hit boom blades and time shields. Too bad its so easy to dodge both. :P

Are you really stupid? Blitz can't pull Heimer turrets. It just damages them, and his hook sticks for a split second. Think of Sivir shield when it blocks a Blitz grab. Anyways, your logic makes no sense at all. Please think about what you are talking about and maybe try to look stuff up before suggesting random **** that won't work.

Kog'Maw is the best counter to MF, easily. Reason? She has speed, he has range. Once she gets hit even ONCE, she will lose the passive and be easy meat. She can't trade with Kog without losing her movement boost.
There is no victory without humility.
