and how can't you chop it up?
if it is in a standard video format and you can upload it to the tubes, you can chop it up.

3. chop it up

Youtube gives unlimited upload length to people who haven't broken any rules, and have been a member for like two years.
I don't remember exactly the criteria, but that's the basics.

And yea, for FLV, you can either use some FLV reader thing, or a video converter, convert it to avi or wmv, and then edit it...not rocket science
and BEFORE you ask where you can get a video converter...just google it.

and to chop the video up just use an editing program like movie maker, sony vegas, camtasia, virtual dub, etc.
