Feel free to replace numbers after width= and height= for those you want. However If you don't know the proporsions of the image and you won't keep them, the image might seem distorted and potentially wasted. For this reason I recommend you to use only width= (or only height=) so that the height (or width) will be automatically changed to keep proportions

Code:

Here is the final image
To even further customize the image in the text, you can use columns (this will be a bit harder). By creating column before/after the text column, you can actually put the image on the left or right side this way quite easily or make the text float around it.
Code:
[columns]
[nextcol]

[nextcol]

If you'd like to learn more aboute columns and how they work, I recommend reading BBCode Guide. There is an explenation how columns really work.
You can also create a colorful border around the image like this or center the image to the well... center of the guide.
About that, I personally don't recommend using that function as it is quite lame. It has very limited ways to be edited and it offers unappealing ToC left click reference. I much more recommend using normal images as headers inside the guide chapter itself. You can then add Goto commands into it and edit them as you please, center them and do random stuff with them as well as having the ability to create your very own and stylish ToC. In my opinion, this is much more stylish and good looking as well as more pragmatic method. You can clearly see how well it can eventually turn out If you check for example Sleepy's Qiyana guide

Change the bgcolor= for hex code color you want and change the padding= for thickness of the border
