League of Legends (LoL) Question: Can someone tell me the best runes for ryze on this last season?

Second highest mastery points on my account is on Ryze. Comet is a nice option but Electrocute I found to be way more effective. Phase Rush is completely useless now do not even try to use it

Though tbh I'm not 100% sure of which Sorcery keystone to run as all three seem pretty nice options on Ryze. I like the idea of Comet because he can reset the cooldown pretty fast, but I know that Summon Aery is super strong on a lot of champions right now.
