League of Legends (LoL) Question: KAI'SA 'S OP

Every new champion looks OP or very weak as players don't know how to play against/with them.

In addition there are always a balance needed with each new champion as it hard to make it perfect if even posible.

You can paint a picture of a champion and send it to them and say the nummber of rp you want (only 1-20)

Half the people ban her now because she "sucks" as they say it, but it all depends on whom you are against and what lane you play her.

I have played her bot lane and with the right support then she can be very OP but if she is not with a good enough support she tends to go down

I have found bard can easily take her down if he is support, only takes a few shots if you don't have someone that can keep him back.

She is getting buffed now because she is having trouble in laning phase for most people
