    Lucian: Berserker's Greaves or Ionian Boots?

    Asked by MachStick on February 22, 2015

    Due to Lucian's passive is it best to go CD Reduction boots? -> Cast more abbilities = More Double shots.

    Or should I go with the ol' AS boots?

    Go for berserker's greaves. The passive got nerfed too much.

    Greaves, if you want some CDR on him then pick up a ghostblade, the active pairs nicely with his ult.

    Poor Lucian .Got nerfed hard on his passive his dash and his ult that he is almost not viable anymore as a caster . So I would say with a pinch of salt ( I loved the caster Lucian ) that you will have to go with Bersekers
