Muramana, how does it effect some champions?

    Mordekaisers R?
    What about Warwicks R?
    What about Twitches pasive?
    What about Fiddlesticks W,E?
    What about Swains R?
What about Cho'Gaths R,will he get the stack?
    What about Ryzes E?
What about Blitzcranks R pasive, will it eaven prock and will it eaven consume mana?
What about Garen, will his E prock it, and if it did, it would deal 0 dmg, because he has no mana.
    What about Karthus R?
    What about ****ers turrets?
    What would happen?

Look at lolwiki ability details and you will find out.

    Eg: http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Warwick

In general, if it is a singletarget ability (not a passive!), itll apply muramana. So Twitches passive, Swains R, Ryzes E, Blitzcranks R passive, Garen E, Karthus R and ****ers turrets do definitely NOT apply muramana.

The singletarget appliance to spells is based on the original spells. In Ryze's case, Q and W are singletarget and therefore would apply singletarget effects even when ult is on. Seemingly this also happens on the E effect of Ryze, which I didnt know.

    While he has his ult.
Over Desperate Power's duration, Ryze's spells deal half of their damage to other enemies in a 200-radius around their original targets.
It does not say that the spells become area of affect, it sais that it deals 50% of the damage in 200-radius, so it still counts as a single target ability, so the wikki is lieing, i have tested it and it works, you test it yourself and you will see that it works.

Just look at the site to know for sure. The ability details always say whether it applies singletarget effects.

    For Ryze E's, I stand corrected :3

Only the initial cast of Ryze's E applies Muramana.

Ryzes E is single target damage and it actualy works https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ld90qgkzxvM (that might help)
So, lets get back again, Fiddlesticks E will probably apply muramana, so will sawins R, its not area of affect ability its a singletarget dmg ability with multiple targets at once (if you understand).
And also Karhus's R will probably apply it as well.
