AA deals extra XX+20% AP dmg.... +20% Nami´s AP or his ADC ?
Sry for bad english and stupid question I am almost sure it is Nami´s AP.

Since the ability is being cast by Nami it refers to her AP}

It also uses Nami's Magic Pen for the damage also.
