League of Legends (LoL) Question: Solo Queue Carry Champions?

Your top laners are fine however I would suggest adding Warwick to your top lane champion pool because he is quick to learn and is very strong. If you are going to run Warwick top, you should take Teleport and Teleport to fights on the map to give your team a numbers advantage.

In terms of mid laners, I would suggest picking up Ziggs and Gragas as they are some of the better mid laners right now. I would also suggest picking up Lissandra because she is one of the best mid lane roamers who is relatively easy to learn. As Trolling mentioned there are AD mid laners, but most of these assassins have a relatively high skill cap (especially Zed) and the time it takes to learn these champions is not necessarily worth it.

Lastly, I know you didn't say it explicitly, but do not rely on getting mid or top in ranked. Those are the two most highly contested roles, and you need to be comfortable in other areas as well.

I used to spamm Riven mid and top, ok at least i tried to spamm her because she was banned all the time before the nerf.
I've been using other AD Mids lately like Kha'Zix, Zed and Talon but none of them is the definition of "broken" or "op", so they're just personal preference. Ziggs and Gragas are strong right now, indeed.
For top I consider Shyvana and Dr. Mundo as some of the best.

The best way to gain freelo in my opinion, though is spamming Elise in the jungle.
