Buenas!, alguien sabe por que no puedo usar el disparo toxico?. Cuando lo quiero lanzar me sale de que no se le puede ejecutar. Puede ser por mi nivel? (soy nivel 9)

is always active, you don't have to click anything and it's not because of your level. As long as you level the ability, it'll always be applied onto enemies when you auto attack them.
