Tryndamere; why not bruiser?

I really like . I think he's one of the coolest champions in the game.

My question to you is, and I haven't really seen this subject ever touched because most people just ***** about how unviable Tryndamere is as a melee carry- Is completely condemned to being only a melee carry?

Could be played a bruiser? He has pretty decent survivability and damage steroids. What holds him back from being effective with a more bruiser type build?

Reasoning for this question; and can afford to build more like bruisers or AD casters, and has his AP build. himself has an AP build, but I wanna use him for something a little more practical.

You can:

- Build Bruiser Tryndamere, live for 5 seconds while reducing enemy AD slightly
- Build full AD Tryndamere, be a man for 5 seconds and get a triple kill

The thing is, bruisers need CC or initiate. Tryn can only spin in. but doesnt have any hard cc and sticking power.

He wastes so much potential by building flat tankiness.

Trynd brings one slow, while xin brings a knock up, slow, knockback which also gives resistances.

true, but I think people undervalue his W as a supportive move. Could be useful to peel for carries if one opted to be bruiser trynd? idk. :/

Aye, I feel like building Trynd will always have their problems :P

Considering that other bruisers are quite easy to build in comparison to Bruisermere, I think Bruisermere is not going to become a thing :P

I was thinking something more like Shiv, Zephyr, Bork, Randuins, Bulwark, and Fromal, but that build seems awfully expensive.

theres no point to bruiser tryndamere
u build melee carry tryndamere because he gets 5 seconds of invulnerabilty to death, and during that time u want to deal as much damage as u can: hence crits and ad
if u went bruiser tryndamere, ur ruining the point of his ult
also TRYNDAMERE IS A MAN HE DONT NEED NO SURVIVABILTY
