Description

This list is obviously based on personal opinion... But I've noticed most tier lists focus on Diamond Level play, and a lot of that simple doesn't hold true at low ELO where you can't always count of your Jungler or Support to know what they're doing at all. So this champion ranking bears specific weight on a champion's ability to single handedly impact the game, fulfill the expected role of an ADC without a lot of support, and escape ganks.
1

Draven tier

Draven tier is for those champions that are Dravens.

2

S Tier

These champions have the tools in their kit to heavily influence the game even with little to no help from their team.

3

A TIER

These champions are all solid picks, but may have some holes in their game and need additional support.

4

B Tier

These champions are still good in their role, but may need a more experienced player behind the wheel.

5

Not Really an ADC tier

Sometimes you'll be in a game, lock into your choice and then find out the maniac who picked Bot at selection is going to play Jungle or Mid or whatever, and everyone else can eat it...  Luckily, if you picked one of these champions for top or mid or support, you can actually do a pretty great job as your team's ADC.  But you should never actively go into a game looking to play these guys at Bot, or you'll risk tilting your team before the game even starts.

How do you decide if Draven fits into the Draven tier that is about Draven? Isn't Draven Draven the only allowed skin into that tier? Remove him immediately! He is an impostor if he doesn't wear the Draven Draven skin :D

We need more words to describe how draven was the draven tier about draven.

should've been a very dravenous meta.

I think you need to move up Jhin, he has been a strong champ for quite a few patches now and with the buffs he will get next patch, he sure deserves a better placement in this tier list.

So Kalista isn't an adc now?

Fair enough, I bumped her up... But playing her without communication and a clueless support is still a crazy choice.

Actually, for Kalista you want to use your attack move command. It should be your A + LMB. That way you can do the attack and hop passive that she has, which really helps her play better.

Also, landing the E is the bread and butter of her burst. Q, auto, E, auto. With thunderlord you can do so much damage. Q, R, E, is amazing as well once you have your ult. I like to go Q, E, W, Q, Q, R, E, E, etc. Have at least 3 points in the Q first before maxing out your E. Really, sometimes I doubt the usefulness of W, so I'm tempted to go without it.

I suppose W's probably worth taking just to help with wave clear, especially if you're spec'ing into TLD to duel fools. I agree that 4 seconds isn't really long enough to reliably use it as a super kite/chase/execute, but dps is dps and at least 1 point in it gives you another clean cuts proc.

Thanks for taking the time to read/comment on my list, btw! ^^

Yeah, I guess that's why one point in W at the start it fine. It's just that last hitting seems to be hard for those at low ELOs. I feel that Xayah can help anyone escape ELO hell once they learn the power of the E ability. You can stun multiple units at once, and it can be your escape since if you have three feathers behind them and they are super close, the 3 feathers are gonna hit the chasing champ for sure. And her R can be so amazing at counter ulting. I cannot count the number of times I've used it to escape ults from Sona, Ashe, Ezreal, Jinx, etc. Xayah ult is functionally a Fizz E - you can dodge things, but you can't avoid damage if it's already on you.

And of course I don't mind taking time to read and comment on your list. Thanks for not being one of them people who rage when someone wants to discuss an idea different from what they write.

@ naarcx. Personally I feel that Xayah is underrated at low ELO. If you build her with Thunderlord and can land your Q and E,she's super powerful. I haven't check the guides for her in a while, but at the time I think most had her building 18-12-0, which I feel is so lackluster. Thunderlord can help her early game kills and baits since, as you noted, at low elo people love running at squishes. As for the fact that Rakan and Xayah get buffs when they are together, meh. It's a really nice bonus, but at low elo it's not that important.

Agreed. I always feel so dirty building Thurdlords as ADC, but sometimes it's just feels so right. (Ezreal)

Thunderlord Ezreal is the way to go on him. Anything else is wrong.
