Not sure if you've seen it but the LoL forums have a "poll" system where the thread creator makes a topic, asks a question and people can vote. We could use this to vote for competetions...

Rylai's interaction with "on-hit"
Hey all, just wondering how Rylai's worked with on-hit effects, for example; Would Nasus' Q slow the enemy? Or Garen's silence?
