Skilling order is random, Max Q or W not pick a letter out of a hat style.
Items are good until Rabadons and Hourglass, get Randuin's and Aegis.
Masteries get Gp/10 because you're a support.

WHY DO PEOPLE BUILD SONA LIKE AN AP NUKE?
Please answer me this. I'm flabbergasted as to why you'd build Lich Bane, Rabadons etc on f*&king Sona?
This is how you build Sona;
(Yes this is a Ranked game, I'm at 71% W/L with Sona)...
