"I'm going to say that not EVERY player on the team always takes revive. However, usually 4-5 players take it, and at minimum, 3 players will take revive.
You may need to get to a higher level of play / play with better people to realize. (I'm not saying I'm good either, I've played maybe 10 domin"

If you are asking HOW to play unlocked, there are a few buttons above your minimap. I believe the one furthest to the right is the button that allows you to toggle autolock.
