"Taking Piltover Peacemaker at level 1 is definitely A Thing. If you take control of the bush closest to the enemy tower ASAP and Piltover Peacemaker the minion wave right when it appears, you start pushing very, very early and take advantage of one of Caitlyn's early game strength"

"Seemingly, they are nerfing her base HP regen but buffing Valor to "make up" for it. (I don't think it really balances out.) They did something similar with release Diana and nerfed her base HP regen the week after because "she has a shield to absorb damage anyway"."
