"I was talking in general and not necessarily about Cait (though Shiv seems to be built most on Ashes and Caits). I've seen some go Shiv early for laning and being able to poke the enemy backline in Mexican standoffs, then PD later in place of GA/MS/BV if they are dominant, and they end up using the "
