"Greater Seal of Replenishment are better than CDR seals. Also, unless you are building lots of mana items, Expanded Mind is not a good mastery. With those four points, you're only gaining 62 mana, not even enough to cast one spell."

"There could be a cap, it was hasty of me to say there wasn't one. I just know that the dodge chance compounds, which is why you read 19%, rather than 20%. If you get to 53% and it won't go up, that's beyond what I've had experience with to say."
