"I would highly reccomend you exchange your greater mark of force for greater mark of insight. The 1.8 ability power you gain over 18 levels is really not worth it. The magic penetration is not only better in game, but is also a more efficient use of your IP.

"He sounds like he'll be strong. His ability descriptions just make it sound too good.
His passive allows him to pass through units. No more issues with tanks standing in your way to kill the carry. His passive gives him reduced damage. Don't know how much it's getting reduced, but it could"
