"Astrolia: If Jarvan IV is able to attack 2 targets a second instead of only 1, he can use his passive on more targets. Does that make sense?

"Your description of Sheen is wrong. It doubles your auto attack damage for one hit, it does not add your ability power to it.
Expanded Mind is a horrible mastery. You're getting about 30 mana at level 18 from it. I would reccomend that you move those points into Utility Mastery, Goo"
