"youmuu's ghostblade gives MUCH more damage and MUCH more movement speed for the 6 seconds duration than phantom dancer. Ganks usually don't last more than 6 seconds so it gives you better ganks. phantom dancer also costs more gold and no cooldown reduction.

deathfire grasp will have less CDR but cost less. I think that makes sense since it's supposed to be an item for burst casters, not cooldown reliant champions.
glacial shroud will give more Armor which I also think makes sense because "
