"I love Morellonomicon, but I just don't have the room to build it. Twin Shadows is MUCH better, but specifically for Morgana, as it synergizes with Soul Shackles. I'd take Morello's over TS on Taric or Janna. It's one of the cheapest CDR items (for 20% CDR)."
