Views: 985 Three Laws of Supports
|
1) A robot support may not injure a human being their carry or, through inaction, allow a human being their carry to come to harm.
2) Arobot support must obey the orders given to it by human beings its carry, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law (i.e., don't set up a kill that might be risky for your carry).
3) Arobot support must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Rule #1: You are a support. You are your carry's *****.
Rule #2: Your carry is a dumbass. Let him focus on poking minions while you keep track of the entire map.
Rule #3: Your carry is a still dumbass. You need to tell him what to do. Ping him to follow up your target or to fall back while you peel.
Rule #4: If you can engage on a fight to distract the enemy from killing an ally, do so. If neither of you will survive if you try to go in, don't try. Your gp10 means your death is less of a loss of personal gold and less of a gain of gold to the enemy that your carry or mage's death.
Rule #5: Your carry can't get EVERY kill. This includes CS. If your carry is not in a proper position to take a kill, take it.
Rule #6: Your jungler can't be everywhere, especially if he's dead. Place a
Vision Ward in your own tribush and in river so your jungler knows where the enemy has vision or to deny the enemy vision.

Oh, even better. "Supports never run out of mana."
"If you are
You suck

your carry is stupid. if he blames you for anything ignore it completely c:
As a main ADC well...no
Rule #2 applies especcially to all in supports like Leona or Thresh, that you can grab it doesn't mean we can kill it.
Yday Arcana baited me twice to try to kill the enemy vayne as soon as we got to lane but it kept being a loss of cs for me and double kill for the vayne, somehow we won though...
Another Rule, if you are trying to go for a pubstomp build like a Lich Bane Sona don't ks your ADC on every try...it may work but your damage is only early and you won't let your adc scale better while your damage dies lategame.
