"This guide is kinda nice, I like it but the "Counter Picks" section is too...erm...not that good looking, just do it as same as your Items Section and explain how ezreal vs others ADCs and how you synergy wif which supports. Also, add a conclusion/summary chapter to summarize everythin"

"Its not that good though...most part are "Coming Soon" and you shouldn't post it when you didn't complete your guide. As for match-ups section, don't only just put the difficulty, maybe try to add some information on how to beat which support and why lane against them is bad/good.
