Anivia Very strong on teamfights, hard lane phase until you get used to her. Overall strong, might get people to do stupid stuff to kill you and get trolled by your passive (and killed by someone else)

Yeah, I used to max Nevermove before Decrepify, I just feel like the overtime damage of Q plus it's slow that grows per level is stronger than W's insta damage, but it all depends wether people stay put or not :P Whatever works ^^"
