Posted a Comment: Mar 23rd, 2011 "Nice build, I agree with Sunfire Cape it's a great item for Shen. I'm not too sure how helpful a Frozen Malltet is, I'll have to test that some time. One suggestion though, have you considered Magic Pen Marks instead of Armor Pen? Because Ki Strike, Vorpal Blade and Sunfire Cape passive all deal mag"
