"Works well on Vlad because (coupled with Sorc boots) you have early game ~true damage against most peple not purely stacking MR.
Late game it does fall off considerably, but it works well when you're winning early and want to continue winning. Sell it later for something better. "

"Olaf has that as an ultimate. Not a passive, or ability on short CD. He chooses when to use it, and his additional benefits are armor pen and resists...He builds durability over pure damage.
There is a difference between Melee ADC, and BRUISER.

"Melee ADCs are all fucked by CC. But to make them unaffected or take reduced CC would break them (IMO)...So it will be awhile before melee ADCs become remotely useful in late game scenarios. (Unless their team is already winning hella hard) "

1. Don't keep switching back and forth between chat and the game. It's CnC inhouse and we can't get any information if all we see is you asking why blitz had a dagger when we watch the replay. As well you miss teamfights and such.
