"Should stun the targeted champion rather than knock him up, so he feels special. Or knock up + stun or more damage to the targeted champion. OR like 100% to targeted champion and XX% less to people in the area."

"That passive is pretty illegit. Make it more damage or more range, not both. If you're going w more range I'd either lower the amount or make it each two attacks or each third. Do you mean each consecutive attack on one enemy or what though, it seems pretty shifty - I don't quite get it."
