"That passive is pretty illegit. Make it more damage or more range, not both. If you're going w more range I'd either lower the amount or make it each two attacks or each third. Do you mean each consecutive attack on one enemy or what though, it seems pretty shifty - I don't quite get it."

"Or it could be a target ability. You target a champ within a certain range and you go underground and become untargetable while underground, pop up under the targeted enemy champion knock up ppl within a radios, do damage and slow them."
