Those two aside. Knowing when to use Destiny for reveals, saving allies/towers, effective ganking.
All that takes experience. It's practically an art form to master when to use it correctl"

The removed the burst heal from Catalyst in order to stop baiting that can occur with being low-health.
If you use them properly, they are effective health.
Asking for burst-heal time potions is a sign that you just don't know when to use potions.
