There are many services we are provided everyday that need to be taxed. The problem with a democracy is people will not vote for a president who institutes tax. So they can't put taxes on what's needed."

"His Q is nice, but Lux has a better version.
His W is nice, but was hit with the nerf bat a lot.
His E is good for escapes but nerfed also, and the damage and CC aren't worth it being ranked past 1 point.
His ult is hugely unreliable. A very make-or-break skill for team fights.
