I'm not sure what their range is. It's about 525 to 580 I believe. Not quite 600.

Only you have 60~100 votes, you're pretty set as a guide usually.
7 days might cycle it a bit too quickly.
Some guides don't get on there until they're 2~3 weeks old. Because of lack of voters :/"

"Magic Resist is intentionally weaker to keep Casters viable.
Sunfire, Thornmail and Randuins are much stronger because they need to also work against turrets. (So that turrets can't be an end-all defense late-game)
If there was a 100 MR magic resist item, Casters would be crippled."
