And I think that Blue-Card change is worth peanuts.
They should have raised the AP ratio. :/ Always felt Blue Card should be a bit stronger, so that it might be a little useful for 1v1s"

A lot like Corki.
You have to be able to land your Equalizer and hit with your flames.
So, we can expect great things from him if played properly. :)
