"Unless your champion synergizes extra well, Spell Vamp and Life steal should always be second-priority.
Spell-Vamp and Life-steal are instantly shut down if you're stunned.
A good example of theoretically good builds failing is spell vamp Mordekaiser.

Last night, I was playing as AS Twisted Fate, and I found that when I was attack Inhibitors, my damage was "lower" every 4th hit.
Anyone have any idea what's going on there? e.e
