"Last Whisper is generically a bad item.
It's stats just aren't worthwhile relative to how much armor people build or how much AD most champions want from an item; plus, the general nature of %armor-penetration.

It sounds a lot simpler then disallowing score-carry-overs.
Just need to add a warning pop-up.
And I think the current guides should be reset too. (giving voters back their votes)

Tryndamere hasn't really changed.
They made it so that he can crit at full health now, and gets an AD steroid for being low health.
The AD steroid could be better, but he's really more consistent now, and less snowbally.
