"The changes right now are as follows.
Q now gives an AS buff that stacks up on each successful Q hit up to 3 times.
W shield increased and cooldown lowered. It has a small ramp up time of 3 seconds, as well as a larger speed boost overall.
E is now an "on next hit" buff that does "

"As a small aside, roughly every champion will have about 100 armor at level 18, barring some extreme cases where they get 0 armor from runes, masteries, self bought items, or even an aegis of the legion from the support. So, higher armor to calculate.
