"Yes, but it's a buff, and not a debuff and comes in 2 parts. There is the self-buff from aegis, that you get and then the aura it puts out, which you don't get unless someone else has it on your team."

"I was specifically talking about Super Mario RPG.
There's still classes in it, but they're not clear. Like, Peach is the healer of the group, but you have to guess it based on her skills. Everyone else, way less clear since everyone has offensive skills and defensive skills. It's an odd "cla"

"Teemo actually scales really well with penetration due to his low ratios, but high base damage.
However, if your penetration is higher than their resists, you don't get increased damage to them. You can't penetrate what's not there. "
