"If you're going to be relying on Mejai's / good early game take ignite instead of teleport to ensure early game kills.
Your only form of magic pen is sorc shoes / runes but most champs will have more than that by late game. I would suggest switching out rylai's crystal scepter for abys"

"Theoretically yes, but champs have magic resist that reduces the damage taken. You will true damage or close when you use your Q + Malady however. You will also find it's hard to hit one champ 10 times in a row. :P"
